The MapleBull community is a space for Canadian precious metals investors to share knowledge, discuss market trends, compare dealer experiences, and help each other make informed decisions. These Community Guidelines establish the standards of conduct for all community features within the MapleBull App, including discussions, dealer reviews, comments, and any user-generated content. By participating in the community, you agree to abide by these Guidelines.

All community members are expected to: • Treat other members with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. • Contribute constructively to discussions and share information in good faith. • Respect differing opinions and investment strategies. • Use clear and appropriate language in all communications. • Report any content or behavior that violates these Guidelines. The MapleBull community is intended for individuals aged 13 and older.

The following content is strictly prohibited in all community areas: Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, personal attacks, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or any form of harassment directed at other members or dealers. Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Spam & Self-Promotion: Unsolicited advertising, promotional content, affiliate links, or repetitive posts without prior approval. Misleading Information: Deliberately false or misleading statements about market conditions, dealer practices, product authenticity, or investment returns. Financial Advice: Presenting personal opinions as professional financial advice or claiming guaranteed investment returns. Fraud & Scams: Attempting to defraud other members, promoting counterfeit products, or facilitating illegal transactions. Explicit Content: Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content not appropriate for a general audience. Illegal Activity: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including money laundering, tax evasion, or the purchase/sale of stolen goods.

When reviewing or rating dealers, please adhere to the following principles: • Base your reviews on genuine personal experiences with the dealer. • Be specific and factual in your descriptions of the transaction experience. • Avoid exaggeration, defamation, or false claims about a dealer’s products or services. • Disclose any material relationships with the dealer being reviewed. • Do not post reviews on behalf of others or create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings. MapleBull reserves the right to remove reviews that appear fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of these Guidelines.

Community discussions about precious metals investing are encouraged, subject to the following: • All investment opinions shared are personal views and should not be construed as professional financial advice. • Members sharing market analysis should clearly indicate that their content represents personal opinion. • No member shall make guarantees about future price movements or investment returns. • Members are encouraged to cite sources when sharing market data or news. • MapleBull is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on community discussions.

When sharing content in the community: • Only share content you have the right to share. • Provide attribution when quoting or referencing other sources. • Do not reproduce entire articles, reports, or other copyrighted works without permission. • Respect the intellectual property rights of dealers, publishers, and other content creators.

MapleBull reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines at our sole discretion. Violations may result in: • A warning or notice of the violation. • Temporary suspension of community privileges. • Removal of offending content. • Permanent ban from community features. • Termination of your MapleBull account. The severity of enforcement action will be proportional to the nature and frequency of the violation.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at [email protected]. When submitting a report, please include: • A description of the violation. • The username of the individual involved (if applicable). • Screenshots or other evidence (if available). Reports are treated confidentially.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued participation in the community after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
